Green Life Experience Warranty Policy

At Green Life Experience, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. To give our customers peace of mind, every Green Life Experience product and accessory is protected by our manufacturer’s warranty.

What Our Limited Warranty Covers

This limited warranty is available for all purchases made through our official website [www.greenlifeexperience.com.np]. It applies exclusively to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to another person.

Limited Warranty Period

The limited warranty period varies by product category. Please check the individual product page or packaging for specific information. Generally, our products are covered for 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

How to Make a Claim

 

If you need to raise a warranty claim, kindly follow these steps:

    • Share your order ID along with a clear explanation of the problem.
    • Our team will walk you through the process, which may include basic troubleshooting, submitting photos, or arranging the return of the product.

What’s Not Included

The limited warranty does not apply in the following cases:

    • Any physical damage to the product.
    • Damage due to accidents, mishandling, negligence, or misuse.
    • Damages caused by uncontrollable factors such as lightning, abnormal voltage, power surges, or natural events.
    • Water or liquid damage to internal components, including the battery, motherboard, or display.
    • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized parties.
    • Regular wear and tear from everyday use.
    • Purchases made from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.

Note: The limited warranty is valid only until the stated coverage period expires (as verified by proof of purchase), even if the product has not been used during that time.

Limited Warranty Process

  • For customers within Kathmandu Valley: Please visit our office at Tahachal, Kathmandu with proof of purchase.
  • For customers outside the Valley: Send the product securely packaged, along with proof of purchase, to our Kathmandu office by courier.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected and processed. After repair or replacement, the product will be returned to you at no additional cost.

Note: Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending the product to us.

Our Commitment to Resolution

 

After reviewing your claim, Green Life Experience will, at its discretion: Repair the defective product, or
Provide a replacement of the same or a comparable model if repair is not possible.

Warranty Limitations

 

The limited warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by Green Life Experience. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use—or misuse—of our products.

(Some regions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations, in which case these may not apply to you.)

Non-Transferability

 

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase and cannot be transferred.
