At Green Life Experience, we want every shopping journey to feel simple, safe, and worry-free. That’s why we’ve designed our shipping, cancellation, and replacement process to be as transparent and customer-friendly as possible.

Fast & Free Delivery

  • No matter what you order, delivery is always free when you shop through www.greenlifeexperience.com.np
  • Once your order is placed, our team works to dispatch it within two working days. In most cases, your order should arrive at your doorstep within five to seven business days.
  • We do ask for a little patience during festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or unexpected events, when dispatch may take slightly longer. But rest assured, your order will always reach you
         as quickly as possible.
  • When your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message along with a tracking ID so you can follow its journey to you. Please note that tracking becomes active only after
         dispatch. And if a package ever looks damaged or tampered with, we kindly ask you to refuse delivery to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

To make shopping convenient, we offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid methods. Choosing prepaid not only makes checkout faster but may also unlock exclusive offers and priority shipping for you.

Changing Your Mind

  • We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can do so easily through your account or by calling our customer care team at 9705344376.
    Any canceled order before dispatch is fully refundable within three to seven business days.
  • Sometimes, delivery may take longer than expected. In such cases, you have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund, usually within seven business days. Please note that refund processing may take extra time due to bank procedures or public holidays.

Returns & Replacements Made Simple

While we don’t accept returns once a product has been opened, we do want you to feel secure with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day replacement guarantee in specific situations. If your product is delivered damaged, defective, missing items, incorrect in size or color, or simply doesn’t match its description, you can request a replacement.

Once the issue is verified, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement unit. To complete the process, the original product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and freebies (if any).

What Makes a Product Eligible for Replacement?

Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged to qualify. Items missing their original packaging or accessories cannot be accepted. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline a replacement request.

How to Request a Replacement

Requesting a replacement is easy. Simply log into your account, visit the My Orders section, and fill out the return form. Alternatively, you can email us at warranty@atgreen.com.np, making sure to include your order ID and images of the product for verification.

Refunds When Needed

In some situations, we may provide a full refund instead of a replacement. Refunds are approved only after review and may take additional time to process depending on the circumstances.
